Your pyramid-shaped pieces in Petal Battle represent insects fighting over a flower. Using a simultaneous action selection process called "sequencing", you must take over half of the board — with five adjacent pieces of your color — to win. Each time they take an action, players can seed (add a small in an empty space next to a large), grow (exchange a small for a medium or a medium for a large), bump (move to an adjacent space, possibly shrinking or removing a opposing piece) or flip (move to the space on the opposite side of the petal possibly dislodging an opposing piece.) Petal Battle is a quick game of medium complexity. Included in Pyramid Arcade and as a PDF on the publisher's website.
