In fact, the spirit of the game itself comes across like one of those stories, with the players being adventurers in the early twentieth century who are entering an enormous Egyptian pyramid in order to discover the riches that lie in wait. Alas, the adventurers' presence sets off a series of 3,000-year-old traps and they become separated inside a lethal maze.\n\nTurns out that the maze is of their own creation, though, as players take turns laying down tiles that show corridors, monsters, traps or equipment.
