Players collectively allow activities to the far right actions they want to counteract, then each of them will take their turns assigning one of their militant tokens to a slot to increase the activity's efficiency until the group runs out of time or money. Once a token is placed it cannot be removed or moved. Discussion is highly recommended.\n\nAfter the organisation phase, mishap cards are drawn for each action taken and may change the result.
