Players can get up to a 12 Locomotive.\n\nPacific Electric\nPlayers build a network out of Los Angeles into the surrounding cities using Power Plants to increase the length of deliveries on their electric rail network. This map shares a common core with Age of Steam: Kansas City Interurban and adds its own unique twists and geography. The Express action allows players to deliver through a City matching the good color. The Engineer action allows players to build on rough terrain hexes.
